The deal, in plain English.

GGC Virtual Assistants builds and runs operational systems for businesses: a customer-facing website, a back-end operations webapp, documented workflows and SOPs, and a trained virtual assistant who runs it all — managed by our team.

Every engagement starts with a free Blueprint Session — a working meeting where you walk us through your business and we record it. It costs nothing and carries no obligation. Work on workflows, SOPs, and the build begins only after the one-time setup fee is paid.

• ▸Setup fee (one-time) — currently $1,200, covering all meetings, workflow and SOP creation, the website build, the back-end operations webapp, and the sourcing and training of your VA. Your exact amount is confirmed in writing before you pay.
• ▸Weekly VA rate — $200–$320 per week depending on scope and hours, starting only after launch. Never more than $320/week without your written agreement.
• ▸Management retainer — $500 per month covering management of your VA, direct access to our CEO, and real-time support.

Amounts shown on our website are our standard rates; your signed agreement is the final word on what you pay.

You can cancel the monthly management retainer at any time. Canceling management doesn't take away what you've already paid for — the website, workflows, SOPs, and build remain yours. Booking appointments on our calendar that you can't attend? Let us know and we'll move it — the Blueprint Session is always free, missed or not.

If you're given access to a client portal, keep your sign-in link and email access secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

Everything you share with us — your processes, numbers, systems, recordings, and documents — is your confidential business information. We use it only to serve you, never share it with other clients or third parties, and never publish it. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before the Blueprint Session if you'd like one.

Once you've paid for a build, the website, workflows, and SOPs we created for your business are yours. We keep ownership of our own internal templates, tooling, and general know-how — but not your business's system or data.

We work hard to launch every project within 1–2 weeks, but timelines can shift for reasons outside our control — delayed feedback, third-party services, or scope changes. We'll always tell you honestly where things stand. We don't guarantee specific business results (revenue, traffic, savings); we guarantee the work described in your agreement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, GGC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

If we change these terms, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new date. For active clients, material changes to pricing or scope will always be confirmed in writing before they apply to you.
